Our client is a North America based automotive advertising agency that specializes in providing high-quality images to hundreds of automotive dealers to promote and advertise vehicles online.
Situation:
The process of manually cutting out vehicles from the background of an image in order to transpose them onto a professional background is slow, expensive, and requires human intervention. This process places a significantstrain on the agency's resources, limiting their ability to meet the demands of their clients and preventing them from scaling their business.
Our client sought to automate the vehicle cut-out process using AI-based technology, in order to significantly reduce the time and cost required for each image. By leveraging cutting-edge machine learning techniques, our client aimed to improve their efficiency and throughput, while enhancing the quality of the images provided to their customers. Ultimately, the goal was to offer a superior service to automotive dealers, enabling them to showcase their vehicles in the best possible light and drive more sales.
Task:
To address the challenges faced by our client, DSL developed a machine learning system that was specifically designed to automate the process of vehicle cut-outs.
